I have stretch marks all over my inner thighs and I hate it. I also have scars from mosquito bites and cuts that I got over the summer. I’m going to a medical spa tomorrow but I want some information before I go. What treatment would work? I’ve heard or chemical peels and microdermabrasion but which works best?

I got my first tattoo last year on my left foot and love it. I am ready to get more and have been researching info on tatts to cover scars/stretch marks.
I ended up with a few stretch marks after having kids (being a size 3 and having a 9 lb. baby can do that to someone). I’ve been too self-concious to wear a bikini since having my youngest (who is now almost 8). I’m in good physical shape and don’t have any sagging skin or other post-baby issues except I’ve got a couple of very wide (1/8"), very obvious stretch marks on my right abdomen and right hip bone area. I’d rather get a new tatt that I’m happy to show off instead of hiding my stomach all the time!
Has anyone out there covered stretch marks with tattoos and are happy with the results? Any pointers on tattooing over the scar or rather around it to minimize?
Any links or pics would really help. Thanks in advance for any advice!
I’ve given up on the idea of creams and such – most of those only work for very thin marks, anyway. And I’ve had friends get the laser treatment without much success (which is also very expensive!) I even consulted with a plastic surgeon who said there’s not much else that can be done, especially for the mark that’s on my hip bone. I’m extending the question a few more days and 10 pts. for a pic or a link!! I’d like to see examples please!!
I got them from my pregnancy last year. They’re very dark–not even close to my skin color. They are all over my lower stomach, love handles, thighs and lower back. I don’t even know why so many of them came (even though i did use cocoa butter) or why they are so dark. Anyhow, I’m totally embarrassed to show anyone my stomach or scared for my shirt to rise above my lower back. I was thinking..maybe I should get a tattoo on my lower back to cover up those stretch marks? But my question is..do they even ink over scars like that?
And I was wondering how what and why would you put cornstarch on your legs instead of leg makeup, cause the question was about how to cover up marks bruises, stretch marks, scars, and mosquitoes.
Someone said " I use corn starch all over my body. Jazzes up my legs, too."

Well I’m happy with the end results. I did get the full shade of color as promised but I had to seriously up the dosage and use it longer than 3 days! Pros: 1.) I did get the end result color on the bottle as promised 2.) It didn’t wash off or rub off on my clothes *woo hoo* 3.) Very even and natural color 4.) Cheap. I got it from Walmart for .99 5.) Gentle. Very creamy, gentle formula. 6.) Smell good. It smelled good and the smell doesn’t linger like other tanning lotions. Cons: 1.) Took longer than 3 days 2.) Color only lasted about a week. I had to keep using it in order to maintain the color (I do believe they sell the moisturizing lotion to apply once you’ve got your desired color to help maintain it longer) but I only needed it for a little over a week anyway so it was cool. Overall I will give this product a 9 out of 10. It’s not intended to cover up stretchmarks but it did the job anyway. It’s very moisturizing as well.
