    Yes,in most cases, but it depends on the tattoo, and the amount of damaged skin.
    The more damaged the skin, the more bumpy the tattoo will look.
    Also if the stretch marks are a deep purple, only colours darker than deep purple can go on top of it.
    Will it be bumpy? If the skin is already bumpy now, it will not change.
    Go see an artist, tell him/her your idea and they will have to take a look at your stretch marks, possibly they will take a tracing and custom draw you something.

    yes! just make sure that you do some research on the tattoo artist and ask if he/she has had any experience with tattooing over scars and stretch marks.

    No I am afraid not girlfriend those stretch marks will take the color differently we are stuck with those nasty marks Please do not try this you will be very upset with the outcome of your tat

    Exactly what Lola P said. If possible, you can even look up cosmetic tattooing in your area on line.

    yes you can just wake sure you get one that is big enough it will cover the whole spot where you want to get covered up
